Born and raised in Fort Dodge, Tim grew up in the construction business helping his dad with floor covering and watching his friends and relatives build and remodel houses.  He learned the business from the "ground up", working with installers, learning the trade.  When his dad Chuck was ready to retire, it was an opportunity to run his own business that brought Tim back to Fort Dodge after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa.  Today still, Tim uses his expertise learned from his father, to solve all the problems related with both residential and commercial floor coverings.  Tim loves the challenges of everyday business and the daily interaction of people.

Tim is married to Susan, and they have four children - Theresa, Eddie, Jillian, and Charlie.  They are members of Holy Trinity Parish and participate in numerous activities at St. Edmond School.

Wendy Anderson was born and raised in Fort Dodge, graduating from Fort Dodge Senior High.  She joined Builders Showcase in 1999 after graduating from Iowa State University with BA in Interior Design.  Through years of experience as well as hours of continuing education Wendy has become one of the areas most respected Interior Designers.  Wendy specializes in kitchen and bath design, and her ever growing portfolio of projects reflects the newest products and trends available for her customers.

Traditional, Modern, Mission, or somewhere in between, Wendy can help you tailor your home to reflect your specific style and personality, while increasing the functionality and value of a home.  Watching a space be transformed from basic to beautiful, helping someone experiment with color, style, or problem solving to find the perfect way to utilize an odd space, is very rewarding.  Wendy enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect solution and seeing the enjoyment her clients find in their new space.

Wendy is married to Troy Anderson, and they have two children, Chase and Laurynn.  They are members of St Olaf Lutheran Church.

Beth joined Builder’s Showcase Studio in 2004 as an Office Assistant.  Her role in the company has evolved to include additional responsibilities to better serve our customers.  In addition to her accounting duties, Beth is also responsible for meeting and greeting customers as well as helping customers in selecting products that are right for their home. 

Helping customers narrow their choices and finding the perfect product for their home is what she enjoys.  Keeping the company records current and correct are daily duties that maintain the function and form of the company.  Beth lives in Manson with her daughter Morgan.
